You may:  

Name your Lion/Lioness/Cub, write a back story, love them.
Change the gender if applicable.
Add accessories, scars or other small details. You may also change the eye color if it suits you.
Link me your work, I'd love to see it. It's not required, but I'll give you a favorite and write a nice comment.
Ask me questions if you are unsure what you can do/change. I'm a very nice person and don't mind helping others.
 You can use them anywhere (once you adopt one) but you MUST credit me.
